System's usage

Before driving the car the mechanical vault is opened by entering the 4 digit authorization code so that brake liquid can freely flow in both ways. After turning off the engine you have to enter the authorization code again so that the mechanical vault locks the brake system. Pressing the brake pedal while the system is activated the brake liquid flows from the master cylinder to the disk brake blocking the car's wheels.

The computer aided microchip works only when the system is being activated or deactivated (while the car is not moving) and performs the 4 digit authorization code's verification. With its help the mechanic valve is opened or locked. The code's verification and unlocking takes 3 seconds and during that time it consumes 0,5 amp. energy. After input, finishing the operation and system's activization/deactivization it can be completely unplugged from power with a switch which is meant for that. Otherwise the system turns itself off after 30 seconds. If the authorization code is entered 3 times incorrectly the system blocks itself for 5 minutes. After that you can try to enter the code again. If you wish, you can change the authorization code unlimited times.
